Gaming Console Sale Slow Down

It seems that the sales of gaming consoles in Japan has slowed down quite dramatically. Initially it was thought that this was mainly as a result of the slow down from christmas sales. However, the decrease has been a lot greater than initially expected.
The main reason provided for this is the global economis crises.

However, out of the blocks and pulling ahead is the nintendo dsi. Nothing can stop the new kid on the block, as the dsi console keeps breaking sales targets and pulling away from the other consoles.
